Terms and Conditions

Inicio Wellness requires a consultation and labs prior to prescribing medication. Your provider will discuss these requirements with you. If medication is approved by your provider, the prescription and supplies will be mailed to your home from our partnered pharmacy.

In the event that you do not comply with orders placed during consultation within 2 weeks OR you are deemed medically unfit for the prescription, Inicio Wellness will cancel your subscription and provide partial refund (a $99 office visit fee plus a 10% cancellation fee will apply). 

In the event that you cancel your subscription prior to your consultation, Inicio Wellness will refund your payment (a 10% cancellation fee will apply). 

For auto-draft services (testosterone replacement and medical weight loss), a 30-day notice is required to cancel your subscription. Funds will not be prorated.

Cancelations must be requested in writing. Send cancelation requests to our email: info@inicio-wellness.com.

Inicio Wellness does not guarantee results. We do not accept medication returns nor do our partnering pharmacies.

As Inicio Wellness uses Stripe for subscription services, a separate privacy policy will be shown upon checkout. During your consultation, you will receive a consent form for your subscription.
